The Salomon Men’s Techamphibian 2 Water Shoe
I purchased a pair of these in 2008, they were an orange color then. I traveled to Asia then where I would be riding around on a motocross bike in some of the most demanding terrain for 3 weeks. I only used these shoes and they lasted the whole trip without blinking.
I used these shoes daily for walking, going to the beach, skateboarding, running and even to go to the shops. They are very versatile but also so durable. I have also been to the Philippines in 2010 for 6 months, swimming at the beach nearly everyday, riding on motorbikes and walking dirt roads. I have used these shoes in most situations when I go out as they breathe so well but look good too. I can then go swimming in them the next day or walk a trail. They are the ultimate travel show, especially to Asia and hot countries as you only need to bring one breathable, waterproof and versatile shoe.
I’m now going back to Asia and I’m amazed that these shoes are as good as they were when I bought them. Yes it’s amazing and the reason why it has driven me to write my first Amazon review after many years of reading them. I’m now going to be buying another pair just so I can support them and have a different color to the ones I have now.
